1) After a climb while on the ground reflect on your last performance.
2) You are basically summarizing your last attempt from the moment you started your rehearse routine until you completed the climb or fell.
3) Talk in general terms but add useful details on what you did well or poorly.
4) Example: I was distracted when I started to climb by my conversation with my partner, then the climbing got hard and had to focus on what I was doing. It took me a moment to find the next hold. I instantly felt tired and frantic and slapped for the next hold and I fell.

1) Can you recall the hands and feet you were just on without looking at the wall?
2) Recall the last 3 moves before you fell or reached the top of the wall without looking at the wall.
3) Recall the last 6 moves before you fell or reached the top of the wall with the aid of looking at the wall.
4) Keep increasing the number of moves until you can recall the whole boulder or pitch.
5) Recall how you walked to the base of the climb and began to climb.
6) Recall the moment you put on your shoes, chalked up and approached the climb until you reach the ground again.
