1) On the wall we are aiming to be performing in the present state. So, how do we reflect on the wall?
2) On the ground, we need to take a moment and determine where we could reset and quickly become aware of what our eyes are expressing.
3) At those possible moments it’s important to attempt to mentally reset but afterwards become aware of your eye intensity at that moment. Is your intensity level in your eyes where it should be at this moment?
4) Reflect and learn from your efforts.

2) Next while on the ground preview a climb in the Focused & Engaged range, determine your eye intensity levels at various moments. Where do you want it soft or firm depending on the task at hand.
3) On your flash/onsight attempts, practice previewing the climb and anticipate the best strategy for your eye intensity.
