2) Best if you can do most of the moves in isolation.
3) Select a move or two for practicing.

5) Try your section and remember power spots are encouraged to learn movement patterns.
6) Reflect on how you applied your intention.
7) Make sure you are resting before making an attempt.
8) Repeat the process for the remaining set duration.
