    2) Identify which of the expressions you use with intention when climbing. It could be something other than the 3 primary expressions I listed.

    3) Relaxed is when we soften our intensity by feeling our breath, calming the mind, feeling our muscle tension reduce, shaking our hand/arm doing it in a calm manner to feel the shift to calm, and relax the eye strain.

    4) Focused is when we know what we want and we zero in on that task to execute it with precision. You might connect with a stern look with your eyes, some level of intense breath, you move your head with a level of authority, and your shoulders are pulled back to express confidence.

    5) Determined is needed when something is challenging or committing. The eyes become laser focused, breath could scale up to a scream breath or no breath depending on the level of tension needed. We might tap into our commanding strength through the shoulders and toes.
