1) When you preview the climb make note where & why you might loose focus with how you move your limbs & body.
2) Form a plan with how to get back on course with your focus plan during those possible moments.
3) When you walk to the start of the climb have awareness of what you are doing.
3) Acknowledge how you are holding yourself and make any adjustments if needed.
4) Be mindful of how you place your hands and feet. Are you expressing the best tone for the moment?
5) Every time you leave a pausing moment or rest make sure your first few actions are done with pride.

3) Practice and expand the various ways you can express your intent on the wall during your warm ups.
4) When previewing your project make note of the various tones that are useful to express on the wall. Do you have the ability to express yourself in that manner?

Finesse should be fun to express and be mindful that detailed movement is important yet requires a lot of mental energy. When the climbing is casual you should move well but in a manner that does not consume too much mental energy.
