  • 1) In private start by, stand on the ground and look at a single point on the floor. Now soften your face with your mouth open take in a breath of air slowly. Hold it for a moment then slowly release it through the mouth so you can hear and feel the air move past your lips. Repeat this process two more times.

Essential knowledge to be Effective 

To embark on any skill builder successfully, it is crucial to have a strong foundation of essential information.   • 1) In private, stand on the ground and look at a single point on the floor. Now soften your face with your mouth open take in a breath of air slowly. Hold it for a moment then slowly release it through the mouth so you can hear and feel the air move past your lips. Repeat this process two more times.



    2) Now do this while chalking on the ground before you climb.



    3) Now practice finding this breath just before pulling onto the wall.



    4) ID the first “Good” hold on the climb. Once you reach that hold pause and find a relaxing breath.



    5) Find a “Good” hold every 6 feet to experience a relaxing breath.



    6) When you reach the top of the wall, take 2-3 relaxing breaths before down climbing or weighting the rope.



    7) Learn in the Easy learning zone and move your way to Problem Solving where you are thinking.
