3) On a climb in the Engaged & Focused learning zone, hold eye contact for 2 seconds after grabbing or placing the foot. Do this for the next 4 actions.
4) Practice this skill on climbs that you should send in 2-4 attempts.
5) Practice this routine in on multi day projects.
